These terms are between you and Big Deck Energies LLC ("we", "us"), 24 West Main Street, Suite E, Cuba, NY 14727. Using Margin TCG means you accept them. If you do not, do not use it.
Margin TCG identifies trading cards from photographs and estimates their market value using public market data and recent sales. You can save cards to binders to track what you hold.
This is the most important clause here.
The collection value shown in your binders is an estimate on the same basis, not a statement of what anyone will pay.
Your Margin TCG account is the same account as the Big Deck Energies store. Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at support@margintcg.app if you think someone else has access to it.
One account is for one person. Do not share it.

Each scan costs us money in third-party services. Use it as a person buying cards uses it, and there will never be a problem.
Margin TCG does not currently charge for anything. If that changes, prices and terms will be shown clearly before you are asked to pay, and any purchase made through an app store is also governed by that store's rules, including its refund policy.
Pokémon and all related names, characters and card designs are the property of their respective owners. Card images shown in the app come from public catalogue sources and remain the property of their owners. They are used to help you identify a card you are physically holding.
The app, its design, the Margin TCG name and mark, and the pricing logic behind it belong to Big Deck Energies LLC. The cards in your binders are your data; you keep it, and you can delete it at any time.
We will try to keep the service running and accurate. We do not promise it will always be available, always be correct, or always be free. It depends on third-party data services and on your internet connection, and at a card show neither is guaranteed. Features can change or be withdrawn.
You can stop using Margin TCG at any time and ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is being used to abuse the service.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Big Deck Energies LLC is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profits, arising from your use of Margin TCG — including losses from a trade made on a price the app showed you. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars.
The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent the law allows. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case those exclusions do not apply to you.
We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and we will tell you in the app about anything significant. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules.
